Comprehensive medical care from an experienced GP

We have provided care for patients living in residential aged care facilities since 2019. Our doctor currently provides services to 5 residential aged care facilities in Berwick, Narre Warren and Pakenham.

We provide regular onsite residential age care facility visits and telehealth consultations to our patients on weekdays and have arrangements in place for locum medical services to provide care if required after hours.

Consultation appointments are determined by the doctor or by the staff at the residential aged care facility. Patients and their families can also request a consultation with the doctor.

Our billing principles

Residents with a valid Medicare or DVA health care card will be bulk billed with no out of pocket expenses for clinically necessary medical services or referral letters.

Private fees apply when there are no Medicare rebates available for a particular type of service. Examples of services which attract private fees include VCAT forms, insurance forms, letters requested by lawyers and third parties, emails, meetings and telephone calls outside the patient-doctor consultation when the patient is not present. Such fees will be notified and discused with you in advance.
